About us

Sorting solutions ltd. was founded in 2004 for the purpose of producing and developing complete solutions for sorting, scanning and measuring bearing balls. Our development process is based on Somet company, which has more than 40 years of experience in producing and inventing ball scanner Aviko. Currently, we are supplying to more than 40 customers all around the world and selling about 30 sorting machines every year. Every machine produced in our company is specially designed to satisfy all requests from our customers.

History

The  long history of Automatic ball scanners from the Czech Republic has begun in 1961 and the first AVIKO with its versions K-S started its long lifetime. AVIKO versions K-U was introduced in 1975 and was well sold worldwide from Brazil to Japan. The third version AVIKO K-E started with Optical laser sensor and has similar design until today. AVIKO K-C was introduced in 1998. The last recent versions AVIKO K-D introduced new LCD display and many more features. In 2014 we invented new version G2 with the new faster microprocessor and multifrequency sensors.

AVIKO machines

Ball scanner Aviko is the pattern of quality for more than 40 years. Aviko ball scanner is non-destructive
machine for scanning surface quality and under surface defects using 3 sensors, each working on a different
basis (eddy current, electro-optical and vibration sensor).

IBG Eddy currents technology

From inception ibg NDT Systems has been market leader in manufacture of eddy current test instruments for nondestructive testing of metal components and has set the standard for the technology. ibg invented and developed material property/structure testing using multi-frequency test protocols with simultaneous harmonic analysis, temperature-adaptive structure test, automatic tolerance zone generation,  multi-filter crack and grinder burn detection and much more.
