This machine is the great help for quality control department for defect location on the steel balls or thorough monitoring of the small batches. Eddydector is equipped with state of the art eddy current evaluation unit - eddyliner and eddy current probe to scan the balls.

AVIKO U After years of development, in 1975 the first bearing balls scanner AVIKO was introduced to the world. Revolutionary way of high-speed ball inspection amazed the bearing balls quality control industry. This machine was sold worldwide from Brazil to Japan. Quality control was carried out by analog electronics where dial indicator represented the signal straight from the optical and eddy current sensor (EDT 1).
